FoBe invests in new CNC-lathe with robot cell

In order to satisfy current order levels, FoBe has invested in a new robot-operated CNC-lathe. This investment is an important step in our efforts to further automate the company's production.

Investment in automated production solutions allows us to better compete with China, and other eastern nations, as well as creating the conditions for doing more business with existing and potential customers. As part of this investment, we have also laid a new floor surface in the factory, as well as painting the walls, improving the working environment and the impression of quality in the factory.

We anticipate commencing production with the new robot unit at the end of November.

At the same time as painting the factory, we also took the opportunity to make improvments to the restroom, which was greatly appreciated by our staff.
